Website and Visitor Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-26 · Version 1.0
Astre Consulting Services Inc. (“Astre,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Aramo and the public website at aramo.ai (the “Website”). This Website and Visitor Privacy Policy explains the limited information we collect through the public Website and how we use it. It does not govern information processed inside an Aramo customer workspace; that processing is addressed in the Platform and Candidate-Data Privacy Notice and the applicable customer agreement.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Server access logs
When you visit the Website, our web server records standard access-log information, including your Internet Protocol address, browser or user-agent information, requested page or resource, date and time of the request, and referring page, if provided by your browser.
1.2 Information you submit
If you use a “request a workspace” or contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, firm, and message. The submission is delivered by email to hello@aramo.ai. The public Website does not store the submission in a website database, file store, or customer-relationship-management system.
1.3 Anti-abuse processing
To protect the forms, we temporarily use a visitor’s IP address in memory to enforce a per-IP request limit. That in-memory value is not persisted for rate-limiting purposes. We also use a hidden form field to detect automated submissions and impose technical request-size limits.
2. How we use information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Website.
- Respond to questions and workspace requests.
- Detect fraud, abuse, attacks, and service disruptions.
- Comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Astre, Aramo, users, and others.
3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
The public Website does not set first-party or third-party cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, embedded social-media widgets, third-party fonts, or content-delivery-network resources. We therefore do not present a cookie-consent banner. If this posture changes, we will update this policy and implement any legally required notices or choices before deploying the new technology.
4. Disclosure of information
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Website and communicate with you. Current service providers relevant to the Website include Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery, and Microsoft 365 for the company mailbox and correspondence. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. The public Website does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. Because we do not engage in those activities, the Website does not display a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
6. Retention
Website server access logs are retained for 30 days and are automatically deleted thereafter. We retain them solely for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and operational purposes. Form submissions are retained in the company mailbox as business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
7. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Website and information processed, including encrypted transport, restricted network exposure, a content-security policy, input limits, and anti-abuse controls. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information that we control, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information. To make a request, email hello@aramo.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information necessary to document and honor your request. If a law does not apply to us or an exception applies, we may respond voluntarily or explain the applicable limitation.
9. Children
The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website.
10. External links
The Website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and version number. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
