These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to aramo.ai and related public pages operated by Astre Consulting Services Inc. (“Astre,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Informational website only
The Website provides information about Aramo and allows visitors to contact us or request a workspace. It does not itself provide an Aramo workspace, candidate account, paid subscription, recruiting service, or employment opportunity. Platform use is governed by a separate written agreement delivered during onboarding.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization regarding your Website use and communications.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Website or attempt to interfere with its operation. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, automated high-volume submissions, malware delivery, impersonation, unlawful collection of information, infringement, or use that violates law or another person’s rights.
4. Requests and communications
Submitting a contact or workspace-request form does not create a customer relationship, employment relationship, legal representation, partnership, exclusivity obligation, or promise to provide service. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We may respond, decline, or request more information at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
The Website, Aramo name, design, text, graphics, software, documentation, and other materials are owned by Astre or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Astre grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view the Website for lawful business information purposes. No other rights are granted.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions about the Website or Aramo, you grant Astre a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use and exploit the feedback without restriction or obligation, provided Astre does not identify you publicly without permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Astre does not control or endorse their content, availability, security, or practices.
8. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. WEBSITE CONTENT IS GENERAL INFORMATION AND IS NOT LEGAL, EMPLOYMENT, TAX, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astre and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
11. Changes and suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. State and federal courts located in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue. This interim provision must be confirmed after Astre’s state of incorporation is supplied and before publication.
13. General
These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning public Website use. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Astre may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
