AI drafts. A person decides.
AI Copilots work inside the workflow today for drafting and extraction: AI drafts, and the recruiter reviews and saves.

On your provider, under your control.
Your own AI provider
Anthropic or OpenAI, using your organization’s own account and key, stored in AWS Secrets Manager. AI features run only after a key is configured.
Never decides about people
AI drafts and extracts but never orders, filters or decides about people.
Model training
AI features run on your organization’s own provider account, under that provider’s terms. Aramo does not train models on your data.
Less personal data in prompts
For some features, personal data is removed from AI prompts where the feature does not need it.

We will show requisition drafting on synthetic data.
