Does the signer need an account?
No. The signer opens a secure link from their email, reviews the document, agrees to sign electronically and signs — on a phone or a computer. There’s nothing to download.
What do I get when a document is signed?
The signed PDF and an execution certificate. The signer gets a link to download the signed copy.
How is the signing recorded?
Every envelope keeps an activity record. Each event is linked to the one before it in a hash chain, so later changes are evident. The signer’s consent to sign electronically is recorded with the disclosure version they saw.
What does “unlimited” mean?
There’s no fixed monthly number of envelopes, subject to fair use.
What’s the 12-month commitment?
Standard Business and Standard Professional are 12-month commitments, billed monthly, plus applicable tax.
Can I use it with Aramo ATS?
Yes. Envelopes from Aramo ATS, such as Right to Represent and offers, appear in Aramo Sign, and you use the same Aramo sign-in. Organizations using Aramo ATS can choose Standard Professional at $15 / month.
Is there a free plan?
