Platform/How it works

Separate workflows. One shared Talent context.

Each workflow owns its own stage. Every one of them reads the same Talent record, and extracted values link back to where they came from.

The model

Four layers, one platform.

Products sit on a shared Talent context. Governance applies to all of it. AI runs on your organization’s own provider account.

In practice

What that means on the desk.

01

Each workflow owns its stage

Requisitions, pipeline, submittals, interviews, offers and Offer & Start each keep their own lifecycle.

02

Records link to sources

Values extracted from a résumé stay linked to the edition they came from. When sources disagree, both are kept and flagged for a person.

03

History is added, not overwritten

Consent, identity and signing-event records can’t be edited once written. Corrections are added as new entries.

AI inside the workflow

AI drafts. A person decides.

AI proposes requisition fields, first-contact message drafts and Talent profiles. A recruiter reviews and saves. AI never orders, filters or decides about people.
